Training can be individual or group- in a gym, sports club (various disciplines)
Training Objectives:
– increasing VO₂ max (oxygen uptake capacity)
– improving endurance and athletic performance
– accelerating post-exercise recovery
– speeding up healing of inflammation in muscles and joints after injury
– enhancing metabolism and sleep quality, by supporting cortisol–melatonin balance
– reducing symptoms of asthma (including exercise-induced asthma) and other respiratory conditions
– decreasing stress and improving mental health by enhancing oxygenation during physical activity and utilizing the calming effect of CO₂ on the nervous system
