Tried everything and still not feeling better?
"Take a Breath. Literally."
You might have heard of the 3-3-3 rule — when it comes to human survival:
- up to 3 weeks without food
- up to 3 days without water
- and only 3 minutes without breathing
It’s easy to conclude that breath is our most essential fuel. And the quality of that fuel has a direct impact on your health and well-being. But here’s the catch: even if you’re breathing the purest, most oxygen-rich air — it doesn’t necessarily mean your cells are receiving it efficiently.
Learning how much air your body actually needs (and how to take it in) can completely change how you view your body and mind — in both health and vitality. And when applied in practice, it can bring you a whole new level of comfort — during the day (at home, at work, during physical activity), and at night, during rest.
That’s exactly why I invite you to join me for the Buteyko Method Breath Course — Let’s (literally) take in some air, together.
Course Overview
The course runs over 4–5 weeks and includes 4–5 group sessions, supported by daily individual practice using personalized breathing exercises.
We begin with a health intake form, which I’ll send to your email. This helps me understand your health background and current challenges.
Then, we meet in small group sessions, once a week.
Each session lasts approximately 90 to 120 minutes, depending on the group’s needs.
Groups are intentionally small — 5–6 people — which allows for individual attention.
Many participants find it easier to stay motivated in a group. The shared focus naturally creates space for the body to relax — without pressure, the breath becomes more free.
If you prefer individual sessions or want to join with a partner or loved one, check out the “Private Breathing Consultations” section.
During the course, you will:
- learn about the biochemical, biomechanical, and psychophysiological aspects of breathing — and the role of healthy breathing rhythms
- Practice exercises to restore healthy breathing volume, support symptom relief, and strengthen immune resilience
- Receive a personalized breathing plan every week, adapted to your health and energy levels
- Get your own Buteyko Method breathing guidebook
The exercises are simple — and the most important factor in changing your breathing habits is regular, consistent practice.
If you feel motivated to give your breath the attention it deserves — you’re warmly welcome to join!
