Workshop Outline
This session is designed to inspire participants to turn to their breath as a daily resource — one that supports inner balance and long-term health.
Participants will learn and practice simple breathing techniques, enabling them to handle stress more effectively — whether in professional settings or personal life — and strengthen their immune systems.

What to expect during the workshop:
We’ll practice breathing techniques accompanied by bite-sized theory on the biochemistry and biomechanics of breath.
The workshop is accessible and safe for everyone, regardless of health status. It is primarily practice-oriented, with short explanations provided during the exercises.
After the workshop, participants receive a list of additional resources. A Q&A session at the end is also available by request.
Practical Information
- Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, especially around the belly area. 🧘♂️
- Exercises can be done seated or lying down.
- If the space allows for lying-down practice, participants are asked to bring a mat or blanket for comfort.
