Depending on your needs, I offer practical sessions (10–45 minutes), workshops (60–180+ minutes), and talks on topics such as:
- Body (e.g. breathing, yoga, stretching, proper posture at a desk or table)
- Mind (e.g. conscious attention, focus, meditation, mindfulness)
- Sense of meaning (e.g. working with values, gratitude, self-compassion)
- Communication (with yourself and others — e.g. active listening)
We can also design a custom well-being program for a specific period of time in your company. I will assess your needs, identify challenges, define goals, and then create and deliver the program — or organize it in collaboration with trusted experts.
