Meditation

Meditation It is a practice of focused attention, aimed at reaching a state of deep calm, awareness, and inner balance. It can take many forms — such as mindfulness meditation, breath awareness, or guided visualization. This practice supports stress reduction, enhances both mental and physical health, and helps improve focus and clarity. 

It is present in many spiritual traditions, including Christianity. In Poland, one of its advocates is Catholic priest Stanisław Radoń, known for his research and publications on meditation.
