Yoga is an experience.
Rooted in ancient tradition, yoga is a practice that combines physical movement (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation to support both physical and mental well-being. Breath plays a central role in yoga — synchronizing breath with movement enhances energy flow, sharpens focus, calms the mind, and reduces stress. Through conscious breathing, practitioners can access deeper states of relaxation and balance, while also supporting detoxification and improving physical flexibility. At the same time, asanas help align the body, preparing it to become a well-tuned “instrument” for the breath.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade. I completed my RYT 200 teacher training in the tradition of Hatha Yoga at the Classical Yoga School of Ewa and Rafał Lichtarowicz in Szczecin, studying under Ewa, Rafał, and Gosia Góraj.
