Individual breathing consultation using the Butejko method

We begin with a health intake form, which I’ll send to your email. This helps me understand your health background and current challenges. 

We then set a date for the first consultation.

During the first consultation, we observe your breathing and create a plan to restore healthy breath. We’ll also practice the first set of exercises together, based on that plan — so that you can continue confidently on your own afterward.

If, at this stage, we decide to continue with multiple sessions, we’ll agree on their frequency and how to track changes in your breathing between meetings.

It’s generally recommended to have at least two consultations — spaced out over time — to allow the knowledge and practices to settle and become more integrated.
That said, I’ve also worked with people who, after just one consultation or workshop, noticed meaningful improvements in the areas that had previously been challenging — simply by becoming more aware of their breath.
