Outdoor breathing walk

The general idea behind this walk is simple: participants not only step outside — they also step into their breath.

The goal is to offer a direct experience of conscious breathing, and to inspire people to carry that awareness into everyday life.
Throughout the walk, we stop at several “stations,” where participants receive short, simple, and engaging insights into the foundations of breathwork. The walk can be customized to fit the needs of the group.

Most of the exercises shared are gentle and safe for everyone. Many are inspired by the Buteyko Method, with additional elements drawn from pranayama and mindfulness. For the few exercises that come with specific contraindications, I always offer clear alternatives — with care, presence, and individual attention.

Possible locations

Forests, seashores, oceansides, mountains, lakes, or urban parks — Anywhere we can breathe and feel connected to nature.

If the weather makes an outdoor session difficult (according to participants’ preferences), it’s possible to simulate the experience indoors, in a spacious and quiet room.
