This helps me understand your health background and current challenges.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, we meet in small group sessions, once a week.\nEach session lasts approximately <b>90 to 120 minutes<\/b>, depending on the group\u2019s needs.\n<br>\nGroups are intentionally small \u2014 <b>5\u20136 people<\/b> \u2014 which allows for individual attention.\nMany participants find it easier to stay motivated in a group.
